"Big order turned out really well"
I had to order a little over 200 badges for our event and wasn’t sure how it would go, especially with all the different names. They packed everything in the groups I mentioned, which made it way easier on our end. There was just one small thing we had to fix before they printed, but support got back to me fast enough and it all arrived when we needed it. For something this size, it was a smooth process. I’d order from them again

"Really quick turnaround"
I ordered some badges from Name Badge Productions and, just based on my one order, they were a lot quicker than I expected. I figured there might be a bit of a wait, but everything seemed to move along fast from the ordering side.
They showed up in time for our event, which took a weight off my mind. I can’t really speak for every order or situation, but my experience was straightforward, no fuss, and I’d be happy to use them again...

"Magnet backs work great"
I ordered name badges with the magnet backs and they ended up being better than I thought. They stay put on my shirt all day, they don’t tug or feel bulky. I also like that they don’t leave holes in my clothes, which was the main reason I chose them. Shipping was normal and everything arrived fine. I’d definitely order them again

"Decent Price, Shipping Could’ve Been Better"
I ordered a small batch of name badges because the price was better than a few other places I looked at. The badges turned out fine and did what I needed, nothing really special though. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, which was a little annoying, but it did arrive within a reasonable time. Overall, I’d probably use them again if I needed more, mainly because the price was good enough to overlook the slower delivery.

"reordering was more of a hassle than expected"
i was just trying to reorder the same badges, but i ended up having to click around and re-enter details i thought would already be saved. it did go through in the end, but it definitely felt more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered from Name Badge Productions, the package showed up looking great. Always a nice little win when something arrives without any drama.

The badges were packed neatly, and nothing was bent, scratched, or rattling around loose in the box. Even the corners of the packaging were in good shape, which I definitely noticed.

It’s a simple thing, but it gave me a really good first impression. I was low-key impressed and would totally order again.

"Got fixed, but way too slow"
At first, I thought, yep, this is going to be a hassle, and it kind of was. My badge order had an issue, and while they did fix it eventually, it took a few emails and a lot of waiting around. Support was nice enough, just not quick. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience either...

"Pretty good badges overall"
I got these for something we were putting together, and they worked out well. The quality feels solid and they don’t seem flimsy at all. One of them had a tiny scratch on it, which was a little annoying, but not enough to be a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with them

"Decent service, but replies were kinda slow..."
I ordered a couple of name badges and ended up needing to email support about the proof... They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting!!! I even had to follow up once, which was a little annoying??

After they finally replied, they were polite and fixed the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was okay... not a bad experience at all, I just wish the responses had been a little quicker!!!
